I recently filed this lawsuit in state court. The claim was discrimination. Before I could amended the complaint, the defendants lawyer filed there answer, and had the case removed to federal court. I immediately(within 3 days) filed a motion to remand back to state court in the federal court. I also amended the complaint, adding several new claims, and several new defendants, which all except 3 reside in the same state as I. The new claims that were added were: Defamation, break of contract, negligence, and the discrimination claim. I also lowered the dollar amount, to under the $ 75,000.00 The original defendants exept 1 also reside in the same state as I. What are the chances of my case being remanded back to state court. The lawsuit was originally filed in Jan, and have submitted both the motion to remand, and the amended complaint to the fed court, in a timely manner.

Cases aren't maneuvered or disposed of based on statistics, but on proper application of procedural and substantive law - and your question provides little basis as to why the case was removed to federal court.
