You would need to prove the medical professionals actions where negligent to a degree and maybe get opnions from other medical professionals stating how this affected you and what the degree of negilence may have been.

Medical Malpractice is any improper - life threatening, added health problems, unethical doings - procedure done by a licensed health authority i.e. doctor, nurse, hospital to their clientel (customers/patients). Punishable by law if the said authority does not do anything (or made things worse) to restore the proper helath condition of the patient. Amount of time for filing a case againsts a ceratin individual or group is A.S.A.P since health conditions might end up being worse through time (with or without iniative of amend from the health authority)
