The rule that you are to love your neighbour becomes, in law, "you must not injure your neighbour"; and the lawyer's question, "Who is my neighbour?" receives a restricted reply.' (Lord Atkin in Donoghue v Stevenson (1932)).
Discuss who can sue in tort of negligence, and what they must prove to succeed in their action.
Can some one help me out so that I can score high marks....

1st - Read the case up till House of Lords' Decision. Might help you in understanding the why Lord Atkin came up with this rule ;)
2nd - in answering you question, write the scenario of the case.
3rd - Give the elements of negligence. In order to suceed, they must reach all the elements ;)
p/s: in that case, Lord atkin did define who's the neighbour.. u just have to read the case, and find the elements of tort of negligence. oh yeah, give other cases in negligence as examples
good luck
