I'll give you a few ideas if you promise to improve how you write! Your spelling and grammar is atrocious!!
If you go into the options on your email, you should be able to tell it that emails from Medscape are not spam and to allow them. As for the ones you've deleted, if you're using a free email service (like hotmail) then, sorry, you're screwed. If you're using a paying service try ringing the help and telling them your problem.
