The VA hosptials actually have internal courts which hear greivances. You will need to start there. You may be able to file a malpractice suit against her personally depending on the situation. If you really want some help- you can contact you Senator or House of Representative member. Ask to speak with their veterans legislative assistant. They can refer you to a person in your area who deals with veterans issues.
