I am wanting to clean up my bad score and settle these debts once and for all. However it seems i made the mistake of paying for some of them and it good faith wanting the agencies to remove the negative information from my file. With that said all six items are still on my report and my score is low, like 567 last time i checked. What should i do to improve my score and to get these collections accts cleared of my report after payment has been made, and with the other 3 which payment has not been made on? Anything would be a help here.

First: items on your credit report are never erased or deleted,
they expire with time, the information stays out there so creditors
can see if your building a history of good or bad credit.
Second: Its never wrong to pay your debt, you are obligated to do so. Its because you haven't paid (or are late) that affects
the score. In fact, your history counts for 35% of the score.
Finally: Once you pay the debt off, it will be noted on your report,
it will also note that you were late making payments..... and you
have (at least) 6 incidents to account for.
My advice, worry less about your score, concentrate on getting
out of this mess, and in time, your score will improve as you
get these collections paid up.

Latoyia, this one is easy. You say you have merchants that you have paid and they still reflect neg. standing on your reports? Here's what you do and do it thouroughly. Make copies of all the debts you say you have settled showing that the bill is paid in full or settlement has been made. Keep a copt for you r records. You will need it later. Then write each bureau individually stating the dispute on your report in detail and request they update it immediately. It only takes them 40 sec. to do on the computer but it will take approx 30-90 days before they respond. After you have done so they will send you acopy of your report with it's latest revisoins. Then from there it will take another 30-90 days before your score is affected. Now you need not have any one run your credit for a whilewhich also helps your score improve. The more you have it ran they will deduct points from your score.
As far as the medical you need to find out if you can make settlement on these bills. Only negetiate if you have the money to pay off right away, when you are talking to them. If you do not have it then do not call. Reason, If it has passed it;s statue of limitaions period then legally they can not harras you for the money. But as soon as they reach you ar you make contact with thm then this automatically re-opens the statue of limitations phase. You should find out what your states statue of limitaions is before negotiating. There's alot more you should know and can do to improve this situation. e-mail me and we can discuss them in further detail.
