Is there a mythical creature with all three (or just the first two) of these attributes and if so WHAT IS IT'S NAME?
-Accelerated healing
-Abnormal dependency on sunlight
-Extremely high metabolism
Because I SWEAR THERE IS cuz I totally read it somewhere and I just can't find it now. Of course I'd forget now that it'll just drive me nuts until I can find out.
Or these may be symptoms of a disease or medical mutation of some kind.
Because diseases and mythical creatures are mistaken for each other quite often.

accelerated healing and high metabolism go together. The faster energy is processed the quicker cells can reproduce and repair damage to the body. Sunlight is essential in humans as a method of producing certain vitamins in the body so if a person's biochemistry happened to have a dependency on certain compounds than the individual would try and spend more time in the sun. As far as mythical creatures go with those attributes I know of none that possess the first two attributes simultaneously.
