i know how a consumer can sue for damage because the law protects the person in the weaker position, but if you are a business and you suffered injuries and damage to property because an exclusion clase was vague and negligence caused some of the damage. how are they be protected by Sales of goods Act and Unfair contract term too? thanks any one

I think your question is more suited for a forum that deals with legal issues as you could then post the parts of the contract you wish to know about and someone could read and interpret it better for you. From what I know of contracts the answer may not be so simple, that it could be answered here.
May I suggest to google for a forum dealing with legal issues.
