I went to the dentist about a month ago and she filled 2 teeth for me, one of the fillings fell out the very same night she filled it, I have called her office several times and explained the situation to them, they cannot seem to be able to get in to the office to correct the mistake she made until the end of December, any suggestions?

Sounds like they are brushing you off, she needs to replace that filling as long as it is exactly the one she placed, Tell them you need to get in, if they are playing you then tell them you are in pain and need to get in. If they are giving you a hard time then just take the lost and go and have another dentist redo the filling, they obviously don't value you as a patient. But there is a rule in Dentistry, it is the 7 11 rule, that is 7 to 11 people will find out if you had a problem at a dental office and you tell a Friend and they tell a Friend etc... If a dentist is good at what they do then they are fortunate to get the referrals, this office is not worth it

Call the plan's administator and tell them the problem. The number is 800-417-7140. The menu's kind of bad. Choose the option to talk with an operator. Have your medical card handy because they'll need your number from the back. It's by your name and starts with a 0 or a 1. They'll help you.
