I think I have a medical malpractice case againt my dr and the hospital I believe they killed by baby. I had her a 23 weeks and they stuck her in my arms left the room and didn't come back for two hours? She live for an hour and a half in my arms. I can't seem to find any laywers that will take it they tell me to find another laywer and i think its cause the hospital was trying to get a trama center which that failed. I live in florida if anyone has any suggesting or knows any lawyers for medical malpractice

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. As to your question it is hard to give a good answer not knowing the condition of your baby. If there was no chance of her surviving then they left you to have time with her. The idea is to let you hold her close and let her feel you loving her. This happened to a friend of mine. The baby had problems that they could not help and asked if she wanted them to put her thru medical procedures that would only keep her alive for a short time or to let her go without the pain. She chose to hold her baby and let him go peacefully. Again sorry for your loss.
