I ask the nurse for another catscan since my symptons didnt not go away and what to find out the cause of the pain.The nurse denied my catscan saying the insurance will not cover for every catscan.I call my insurance they told me their are no limited of numbers of cat scan you can do if it is require.My question is did the nurse did anything wrong for denying the catscan that i ask for since my symptoms and pain did not go away is it that consider medical malpractice in someway.My health is not improve ever since the last visit with the nurse.

You would need to speak with the Doctor . The Nurse is not qualified to decide if another cat scan is needed.

I would be finding another doctor.........The nurse had no business telling you not to have a cat scan. You have to take your medical health into your own hands and do what you think is correct.
