My wife was diagnoted bi-polar about 2 years ago,and her doctor end up over medicating her,in result that she now is at the hospital. Is that a case that I can sue the doctor for medical malpraticie? We live in Florida.

Just because the outcome wasn't favorable doesn't make it malpractice. If he prescribed within the recommended dosages, you have no case.
