Workers Comp?????? Are you sure that is actually WC?
Never heard of that. 50 years in business.
There are attorneys who try to obtain settlements.
That always results in some number that may be less than lifetime, plus the attorney takes a cut. They don't work free.
I find nothing here about that, even though the site is headed Workmans Comp.

A decent answer
Well it's really up to you. You need to figure out how much the doctor office costs and how often you go. Will you need to get some kind of surgery later? How much would prescriptions be. You need to come up with a figure and see how much they will offer.
The workers comp adjuster will do their work in finding out how much it will cost to settle based on your age and your current life expectancy.
If it's just prescriptions and the cost of it's is really high and your seeing the doctor every 6 months, than I would suggest you keep the file open if the prescriptions are very expensive.
If you want to know what they offer than call the adjuster and say that you looked it over and thought about it, and you believe you'll settle the medicals for $ 70,000. If they counter than you can decide what to do.
Good luck
