I am in need of information about how to sue and report against Schenectady law guardian, cps, and family court.
Law Guardian makes false accusations to CPS gets child placed then lies to cover mistakes, judge denied removal.
My mother was left with an 8 year old little girl who's mother abandoned her due to drug abuse and mental illness. After 7+ years at the age of 15 last year I was awarded custody of the teen from my mother due to her beginning juvenile deliquency. I reunited the teen with her biological mother to start developing a relationship a few months ago. Last month there was an established agreement between myself (guardian) and teen that summer activities were cancelled due to bad grades and recent hospitalization. With everything being understood she expressed to her mother in a conversation that she wanted to attend anyhow. The situation was explained to her mother and that was that. Her mother then for some unknown reason decides to contact the law guardian from last year to complain of my decision. The law guardian was aware case was closed for a year and of her mental condition. The mother has 2 younger kids who were taken from birth and placed in foster care within the past few years. Instead of the law guardian stating the case is out of her hands and that it is a guardian decision, she called the number the mother gave her and called the teen unknowingly. The teen stated if she could not attend program she wanted to leave, being defiant. After the call, she immediately reported me to child protective saying I kicked her out and she has no where's to go. CPS came to my house to open an investigation on us and our 3 other kids that had nothing to do with the situation. I discussed with her that what she had done has broken up our family. She admitted she was not supposed to do the actions she did. I told her I was contacting an attorney to find out about my rights violated. This was three weeks ago and I did not hear from the law guardian or plan on hearing from her. She then suddenly called my house Sunday evening to tell me there was court the next day at 9am. She then told me that she filed a petition without my knowledge to sign over custody. When I asked her why would she put something like that in without talking to anyone. Not the teens aunt, the teen or myself. I told her she does'nt even know if we worked things out. She admitted she should not have gotten involved, the case wasn't open, and that she was not being paid for it. She said she had to open the case to explain her actions of misconduct. Shocked to believe I asked her for a supervisors or higher authoritys name and number to discuss what was going on. She denied stating " I am not sure who's number I want to give you". The next morning in court we explained to the judge the circumstances and requested her removal. He denied the request and was not remorseful and wanted to close case and move on to the next. They tried to overlook the wrongs and pass an order as if nothing was being said. In the middle of doing so I objected and wanted to consult my own attorney. The law guardian vioated my parental rights and constitutional rights as a guardian from the beginning and caused a terrible outcome.
She violated our Constitutional Rights and parental rights accused the Defamation, Tortious Interference with Custodial Rights, Breach of Duty of Good Faith and Fair Dealing, Breach of Lawful Duty (Negligence)

You should make an appointment to meet with an attorney who practices civil law. He/she can hopefully straighten out this mess, tell you if you have a case and pursue it for you.
