Hello everyone!! my husband got an injury in the military a year ago , they never gave him the proper medical attention, 6 months later the injury got aggravated and ended having a worst injury, now his bone chip off and damage one of his ligaments cutting a little piece. his PA all that gave him was pain killers and nothing else, now they finally send him to the Therapist and the therapist referred him to an mri and a specialist since there is nothing they can do about it on they're side but a little situation came across since they are close from deployment and now the PA wants to do anything possible to push everything aside and send him on deployment and keep putting his year old injury under the carpet just because he is a lower ranking soldier. what we need to do so his ankle injury gets taking care off and doesn't get worst?

You can go to the Jag office and make a complaint. My husband got home last year on Sep 6 off of a 15 month deployment and they sent him back this Sept the 6 on the same day for another 12 month deployment. The military can be so nasty sometimes so you have to look out for your self. Report who ever it is that is trying to send him out early knowing his position. Also they can't send him out if he has a medical profile on it, and if he's injured he should have one. If they do someone is going to be in trouble. Remember soldiers can't sue the military but spouses can. Do what you have to do

Have him request a hearing with his commanding officer under Article 138 of the Uniformed Code of Military Justice to seek redress of the wrong being committed against him.

What do you think? Answer below!

Lake Station crews were dispatched to a reported trailer fire in Riverside Trailer Park at approximately 1am, on arrival crews found two separate trailers burning with exposures. I missed these fires because I was sleeping, but did make the second round of fires at 4am. The call was for a possible rekindle so the response was held for investigation per the chief. A rekindle was not the issue, there were three trailers on fire, two were fully involved. There was one minor injury to a firefighter that refused medical treatment and witnesses reported two teenage males running from the scene. The entire park is vacant due to flooding so crews just let the trailers go. Less to burn down later.....
