What rights do you as a healthcare professional involved in an act of malpractice have?
I am looking for information for my research paper so far I have found information on the patients rights but not the healthcare providers rights, can some one elaborate on this subject? 10 points for best answer

Malpractice is a tort, not a criminal offense. The rights are the same as in any civil case.
