Like... if I thought my attorney lost our case due to negligence and malpractice... can I assign my claim against that attorney to a third party after the case is over?
Let's say I wanted to assign that right to someone whom I owed a debt to.

If you can find someone willing to take it for value, you can assign it.

If you win the case you can, but I don't think anyone can sue on your behalf, unless you are in a coma or dead. Someone could take over the case for you I guess, but it would still officially be you who sued.
