From the supplier: No-fault medical malpractice does not improve on the system of civil justice and instead eliminates the chance for injured people to receive full damages for their losses. The no-fault system proposed by the Harvard Medical Malpractice Study Group has a bureaucratic entity determining causation and the damages provided are less than those under the current tort system. The two-month waiting period for injured people is also overly restrictive.
