I work in the medical field in the emergency department where it's a very unpredictable place to be at because it can go from busy to mellow. To top that there's a co-worker who does not get along with me and makes work even more stressful. She one of those employees who people would call excuse my language "a kiss ass, brown noser, snitcher who points the finger at everybody" with the facility supervisor. My supervisor and her have a "special" relationship due to this employee doing everything just to get her way. When there's overtime available, she is the first one my boss offers it to. She my boss, does not think about other employees needing the extra money because we all could always use a little extra cash. When this employee makes mistakes, it's OK, but when it's someone else they get told off. This co-worker makes my days long and misarable because she knows she's got my boss wrapped around her finger and has no shame saying it. Who else can I complain to outside work?

Send an anonymous letter to your supervisor. Really shakes their little cages up when they get critiqued by someone they supervise.

Personally, I've always signed these little notes of "Why should I take you seriously if you are [insert complaint here]." but that's just me.

Seriously, try to treat your supervisor with respect, work your tail off like the life of the company depends solely on you, yet jerk their little self important chains every now and then. It's fun after a while.

Very tricky situation!
Just out perform her!
Study, work harder, sounds easy but,...
I personally hate brown nossers,and i was a boss.
I liked people who kept their noses to the grindstone!
Tough situation though, don't lose your head or your job!
