Mat is an owner of KAYU ENTERPRISE that sells household furniture from woods. He came to consult you on several legal matters as below:
Jonathan is Mat's old friend who was recently admitted to Mental Hospital for certain treatment. Yesterday he offered Mat a very good deal to provide security guards and security system services for Mat's business. The price was so cheap, but Jonathan imposed a term that he or his security company will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the failure of his security system or by negligence of the security guards. What made Mat interested was that Jonathan told him that his service will be available as long as Mat wishes. Mat asked your opinion as to whether or not he should take the offer.
Advise Mat as to all possible legal issues in the above case based on contracts law and relevant case law.
