what Senate bill would prevent someone from suing an emergency room Doctor for wrongful death or medical malpractice? I have been told it is bill # 2 and I don't know if that is supposed to be a state or federal law. Ever hear of this? This bill is supposed to be about 2 years old and to have been passed the same time a cap was put on how much you could sue any dr. or hospital for. I would appreciate your help. Thanks Liz
