are there any lawyers out there that once they became lawyers then realized that the job was not what they thought it was and are unsatisfied with their career move?

Many of us feel that way just like some doctors, plumbers, politicians, cops, etc. The worst thing for me is that you give up close personal contact with your clients when the number of your clients grows and you hire associates. It bothers me to take fees on many cases because the client needs it worse than me but I have to pay my staff, rent, expenses, etc. Then there is all the injustice caused by prejudiced, biased people, including judges. Judges run for office promising to follow the Democrat or Republican platform which means they are prejudiced, i.e., they pre-judge the facts of a case. I'm not talking about race or gender here. Judges want lawyers to give them campaign contributions and when you don't they treat you and your client unjustly and vice-versa.
