In the context of a medical professional who makes an error and is found guilty of one of the above, can someone please explain the difference between these two terms to me?

It doesn't have to be medical either, if someone can explain the difference between corporate or legal malpractice/malfeasance, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thank you.

Cliff
malfeasance is when someone does something intentionally that they shouldnt do...

malpractice is when a professional fails to provide care consistent with his duties.
