Nolle prosequi is a Latin legal phrase meaning "do not pursue." It is the term used in many common law criminal jurisdictions to describe a prosecutor's application to discontinue criminal charges before trial, or up until, but before verdict.
It would appear that the charges against one of the dependents has been dropped. Check with the court for more details.

Nolle Pros means that the State is not pressing charges. They have dropped them.

Essentially, the term means not to be pursued. It's a fancy way for the prosecutor to say they are exercising the option to not go to trial, because they believe it would not be in the public interest. Notice only Jaz's case is being dropped. Now, this does not mean he can't be reindicted. Sometimes, a case is dismissed because the state has discovered the indictment is defective. In that case, it would obviously be against the public interest to proceed, knowing it will be ultimately fail because of a mistake in the indictment.

in your case, "nolle prosequi" means the district attorney (prosecutor) asked the judge to drop the charges, because he didn't have enough evidence against the defandant that a crime has been committed....
however, the charges can be reinstated if new information/evidence comes to light or the circumstances of the case change during a given period of time, typically 13 months.
Jahaziel: the judge granted that the charges be dropped against him...so, Jahaziel's court case is over, and he's not been convicted of anything. he won't be forced back into court unless new findings in the case arise within the next 13 months or so...this is great news for Jahaziel.
Jose: he failed to appear in court. that caused the judge to order the forfeiture of his bond (bail money)...which means that Jose has lost his $ 16,600 for not showing up in court, and there's a warrant out for Jose's arrest.
Eric: he failed to appear in court. that caused the district attorney to request that Eric's bond to be forfeited. the judge then ordered that the paperwork for Eric's bond forfeiture be prepared - however, for some reason, the judge then ordered an amendment (change) to that order. that most likely was a minor change, which won't have an effect on the outcome: very probably, Eric's bail money is going to be officially forfeited very soon, and there's a warrant out for Eric's arrest.

No, nolle prosequi essentially means "don't pursue prosecution".
It doesn't mean ANYTHING has been dropped. All it means is that they don't see it as worth pursuing the case. Usually it's when the ramifications are small and there's no record.
What it means, however, is that the charges could easily be brought up against the perps at any time until such time as the statute of limitations runs out.
So, while it's not worth it to the State to pursue those charges by themselves, if anything changes, such as additional evidence or if they commit other crimes, these charges could be brought up.

the judge decided not to pursue the case thus it would be dropped

NOLLE PROSEQUI - An entry made on the record, by which the prosecutor or plaintiff declares that he will proceed no further.

The nolle prosequi only applies to Tremblay, not the other two defendants.
What Happened?
Looks like Jose and Eric are fugitives and probably have warrants out for their arrest.
Eric and Jahaziel were charged late in July. Jahaziel got a court appointed lawyer. Either they ratted out Jose or the cops couldn't find him until late August. Jose and Eric bonded out at some point early on and then disappeared. When they didn't show the court went about revoking their bond.
A revoked bond upsets the bail bondsman and they usually have 60 – 120 days to track down the fugitive kids.
Around the first of the year the District Attorney nolle pros'd the charges against Jahaziel. Meaning they didn't have enough on him specifically and are dropping the charges.
Or equally possible, the District Attorney didn't want to go forward with those charges without the co-defendants. They do this to get around speedy trial issues. Speedy trial where I am means,
If someone is in custody they must be brought to trial within 5 months of the time of the arraignment or the charges get dismissed.
If the person is out on bail then it is nine months from the time of the arraignment.
The folks were arraigned in August and the speedy trial clock was running. With the nolle pros the state can come back at anytime in the future and direct indict and start the whole thing new. Meaning, an arrest warrant will be issued and the trial starts fresh.
Hope this answers some of your questions.

It means that the prosecutor has decided to drop the charges. Usually, there's a requirement that the defendant maintain good conduct for a period of time or the charges may be reinstated..
