Hey Lawyers or Attorneys tell me if i got a Case?
i was at company for almost 4 years...
i will explain, what i went thru in the company which is = WALT DISNEY (FORTUNE 500)
incidents below:
* one of the female managers, i got her name, was putting her hands on me, and tried to make out with me.
* she kept cussing at me afterward and treating me like garbage
** another male manager, accused me of writing something, and i told him, IT WAS NOT ME
then he MADE A THREAT AND SAID = you can end up in the unemployment line with YOUR PEOPLE... which i assume is a RACISM REMARK..
** I ALSO GOT THAT CRAZY S.O.B'S NAME ALONG WITH A WITNESS TOO...
**there was also a employee who had friends there, and they said he had a gun with him, like there trying to scare me or something, saying he can shoot me or something, i got his name too, and some of the other guys..
** i also got a friend who was fired from the company he was an african american male, he said the manager was racist, to him and fired him right away**
i was also severely harassed by a wiccan women, i am a christian, but she would be wailing on me all the time, along with another guy, they kept harassing me and getting me in trouble, and threaten me to get me ''transfer'' for no reason at all. they were both garbage!!
so far this is all i can remember
i can get all there names first and last, maybe ages, and i know where they work, i can also get there pictures as well, and witnesses if need to..
** i prefer a non disclosure (no court case) settlement amount** if i can get it..
but this all really happened
do i have enough to sue or file lawsuit,etc??
