According to Healthgrades.com Dr. Mark Morin was fined for violation of general duty/negligence (12/09/10).
I know of two medical malpractice suits filed against Dr. Morin.
Please help me find a source that will give me the full history of this dentist.

The first place I would call would be the State Medical Board. If they can't tell you what suits he's been involved in, they may be able to tell you whom you should call to find out. Another thing you might try is to do a search with the District/State court in his county. All lawsuits are a matter of public record, and there you may be able to find what you need.
