Who can I talk to or write to request a doctor be investigated?

Robert
I don't know what State you are in but it is a pretty good bet that you have a Medical Board in the government. A complaint to them with specifics of the allegation will cause an investigation. Contact the board for their procedure for filing a complaint. Or, consult an attorney if you have a true malpractice claim. Pick a firm that does medical malpractice because it is a very specialized area of the law. The consultation may be free.

I'll tell you right now, unless there was a death that occurred and you have positive proof from another doctor, which would be like pulling his teeth without Novocain, there's not Much you can do. You could file a police report but, don't think your going to be the champion of Justice, they are well protected and are surrounded by there colleagues.
