I went to a dr with Sinus trouble and after exam he told me I needed to have sinus surgery. I was in the hospital room about to go to surgery and the dr asked me what meds I had taken that day. I said well I took all of them. You did not tell me any different. He said oh yes I did I told you not to take your meds in front of all the nurses. Made me look like a idiot.I had waited 2 weeks prior to that making sure I did everything he told me so nothing would go wrong. Well they had to reschedule the surgery, So I had to wait another 2 weeks, this time he told me not to take any of my meds for 2 weeks which I am a heart patient. So assuming that he is a professional and knows what he is doing I listened to him.
After surgery was over and I woke up to a nurse asking her where was my dr. She said he want on Vacation . I said what about some meds to take home for pain and antibiotics. She said he did not prescribe you any. Another dr had to prescribe me meds. to take home. Now after all of that, the dr had to complete his part. I faxed them to him and asked if he would please complete his part of the paperwork. He refused 3 times. I then reported him to the MEB. Shortly after that he was contacted by them and he hand wrote a letter to my Disability ins. co. telling them i was lying about the dates of disability and accused me of not doing what i was told. Someone Help me Please!

I would hire an attorney who specializes in medical malpractice.
You should have fired this Dr. after the mistake with your meds. It sounds like he is incompetent.
