The hospital in my town...well let me put it this way, only go there if you want nothing more than 5 stitches. There's a difference between small-town hospitals and gross negligence. The mistakes this hospital is making fall under gross negligence.
No, I don't want to sue. They haven't done anything to me...yet. But it seems to actually be mutliple hospitals in the same medical system (company).

Do you want to investigate or sue? Several organizations investigate, including the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations and the federal government - CMS, etc.
But if you want to sue, talk to a malpractice lawyer.
