Indiana Personal / Bodily Injury - payment for medical bills.
Rexy
Depends what happened in the accident and who was found at fault. If you and a friend were driving in your car and you rear-ended someone in front of you and assuming you, your friend, and the other driver were hurt... Well, if you're found at-fault then your policy would actually pay everyone's medical bills. Your bodily injury would cover the other driver's medical bills, and the medical expense would cover you and anyone else in your car. If the other driver hit you and you were not at fault, then you and your passengers would collect your medical bills from the other driver's insurance policy. Hope this helps.
