I believe I have received bad counsel do I have a malpractice case?

My lawyer allowed me to waive 30% of half my ex-husband pension in exchange for payment of my sons school debt, of which was never payed because of court ruling. In addition my lawyer never showed me a prospectus of my husbands total pension. My ex husband is no retired from the NJ State Police and is working as an executive consultant for a new company, if he is making considerably more money can I request an increase in alimony?

Thanks

You have no case against the lawyer.

Alimony is based upon income at time of divorce, so no you can not get an increase.

You want more money get off your butt and get a job.
