I am suing my health trust for clinical negligence. All of a sudden they are threatening to sue me for swearing in an email months ago. My solicitor received a letter claimed they'd gone to the police over it and are considering legal action.
The police sais trust had not contacted them as if they had I would have been contacted for my version of events and they were trying to scare me.
I told police a trust manager verbally abuse me and even admitted it to my friend and a statement by her is recorded into my records, I dropped it as I thought we all make mistakes,so this is now rich.
I told the police details of the abuse and personal insults from manager and was told to go to police station and log the abuse so if they sue me I can counter sue for their abuse. Even police said the should have given warning first.
Stress make me ill and I accept I swore but so did he! I actually appologised at the time. This is true, and he did realy abuse! I can't cope as it is.
