Can I sue and if so what can i sue for? (Malpractice, pharmacy's right to care) It was for an itch medicine thats called hydroxiline and the blood pressure is called hydralazine.

See a lawyer.
If you can prove negligence - which sounds possible- and have all hospital paperwork you might have a case.

I think malpractice would be the one there. And of course you could sue if you were forced into the hospital.

they will settle by paying your bills and throwing you some cash. You need rock solid proof though.

Yes, you could sue. Unless there is some type of permanent damage done, it is not likely you would get much more than actual expenses for your health care. You could get the same result simply by contacting the pharmacist and providing copies of your bills.

Ummm . . . well, if the PHARMACY screwed up then I would imagine you would sue the PHARMACY.
Who else would you think you could sue?
Were you injured? Did you end up in the hospital? Did the blood pressure medication hurt you (i.e. damage to your heart, lungs, kidneys)?
If you have no medical bills as a direct result from the pharmacy error then you have no damages. If you have no damages, then you have no basis for a lawsuit.
