I slipped and fell on a bathroom floor @ a fast food resturant and herniated 4 discs in my neck, injured 7 in my lower back and tore my ACL in my rt knee.the flloor was exteremly grease.But I cant seem to get even a ball park figure from my lawyer

I sat on a jury twelve years ago that awarded the defendant $ 10,000 for a slip and fall in a grocery store that only required aspirin and message for treatment. Keep in mind mental suffering, loss of wages, legal costs, and "loss of consortium", in addition to any medical bills.

You will get the cost of your medical bills, the salary that you missed out on when you should have been working and maybe more for "pain and suffering."
Get a new lawyer if he/she isn't communicating with you.
