I had surgery for a medical condition last year, and it was not sucessful. The doctors who performed the surgery made it worse than it was. Will it ever get fixed? Will I have a sycessful medical malpractice lawsuit?

Contact a Personal Injury Lawyer. Normally they don't charge for you to explain your case & see if you have grounds for a lawsuit. Look in your phonebook for a personal injury lawyer, or medical malpractice; & give them a call.
And, if your area has one who is known for being aggressive; give them a call.

To be successful, a makpractice lawsuit has to prove malpractice. In other words, there has to be proof that the doctor did something wrong. Unfortunately for you, just the fact that you're worse off probably isn't such proof.
When I consent someone for surgery, I tell them that wihle we wouldn't do the surgery unless we thought it would improve them, things can happen (out of human control) that make them worse.
