To begin with...I'm trying to bring a suit against my parents and grandmother...a negligence or criminal neglect suit, I think...
I found out recently that I had been molested by my step-grandfather and while I remember nothing...I've dealt with the horrible after effects my whole life...6 shrinks, and countless other problems...
Now, the statute of limitations has run out for me to go after this monster, but I have enormous proof that something DID occur and I also have my mothers written testimony that after the doctor told her he would have to call the cops if he found anything resembling molestation, she told him no....that doesn't sound good...
I have witnesses that will testify that I told them what he did to me, plus this man's daughter believed me...Not to mention all of the bladder problems I was having when they took me to visit with the grandparents...my medical records prove that something was going on....

So, what I want to know is can I go after these people who were supposed to be responsible for me and only covered up a crime?
I have suffered for 23 years because of these monsters, most of them have gotten remarried and are off living their lives....
I was the only one that did what I was supposed to do, tell a parent, they did wrong by not going to the authorities...and yet I'm the only one suffering....
What can I do? What charges can I file?
Please help....
I have medical proof...memory means nothing, memories change...especially when dealing with children....
I have enough medical proof to show that they should have at least had me tested....thats the neglect I'm talking about....
And NOTHING about my life has been a free ride....there isn't enough money between these pple for a 'free ride'...I want them to suffer and squirm like I have for 23 years....
Douche....
Thanks desert!!!

you have no memory of any abuse

no lawyer would pursue a case when the so called victim has no memory

your out of luck no memory meas you arent adversely affected

you want a free ride and your not getting it

This is a very convoluted matter and you should seek out a licensed attorney in your state. It appears to be a civil matter rather than a criminal matter. A good attorney can advise you as to what allegations can be brought in your complaint for damages and against whom you should file. Maybe you can work out a contingency plan. Many attorneys do put a lien on a case and await the outcome before collecting any money. You may have to make a down payment however and may be responsible for filing fees. As a retired paralegal, I strongly advise you to have a consult with an attorney licensed in your state.

Sorry. You are looking for us to affirm your desire for revenge by trial; and I don't believe with the timeframe and evidence provided you can win.
