The pirate in officers clothing in the videos was in the wrong the entire time. 1. He entered a private conveyance without permission. "Trespassing" "Breaking The close" 2. He refused to prove his identity. "Concealment" 3. He broke section 15 of the Canadian Bill Of Rights. "Equality under the law is paramount and mandatory" 4. He threatened to arrest for obstruction. "Harassment" 5. He insisted on an Alberta Drivers License only. "Profiling with Extreme Prejudice" 6. He broke core tenets of Contract law, The Canadian Bills Of Exchange Act, The Uniform Commercial Code, International UN CITRAL Convention. 7. He did not know what "laws" acts or statutes he declared to be enforcing. "Gross Negligence" under the Criminal Code of Canada is Equal to Fraud. He broke Canadian Law, UN Law. He infringed on their rights according to Canadian and international bills of rights. Trespassing, Concealment, Harassment, and Gross Negligence are all Criminal code violations, as well as federal and provincial law violations.
