I'm not interested to work for benefits of companies. I want to work for people who are in need and crisis.
I studied International Relations, especially human rights, at Osaka University in Japan.
I come from Japan. Japan is one of the wealthiest nations in the world. Having lived there, I had never seen a real poverty in my daily life and around myself. However, after coming to the UK in 2004 due to my husband's work, I first saw a deep gap between the poor and the wealthy through my own eyes. This experience completely changed my angle towards the world and I became more and more to wish to work for people who are the most vulnerable in the world.
Along with the reason above, there is another reason for me to seek a job for people. I lost my father seven years ago because of medical malpractice. No apologies and compensation was made by the doctor and hospital. My family was devastated. We still feel our life will never be the same. Since then, I have been thinking of inequality and have always put myself in the situation of people distressed, devastated in agony. This very sad personal experience is underlying my passion for work for people in crisis.

I am not quite sure what you mean. Your English is not that bad, in fact it seems to be better than most of the English speaking people who ask questions on this forum. I cannot help you find the job you are looking for.

I'm not interested in working to benefit companies. I want to work for people who are in need and critical situations.

However, after coming to the UK in 2004 due to my husband's work, I saw for the first time a large gap between the poor and the wealthy through my own eyes. This very sad personal experience is underlying in my passion to be able to work for people in crisis.

I am not interested in working for the benefit of companies, instead I want to work for people who are in need and crisis.
I studied International Relations with an emphasis on human rights at Osaka University in Japan.
I come from Japan, one of the wealthiest nations in the world. Having lived there I had never seen real poverty in my daily life. However, I finally saw the enormous rift between the poor and wealthy with my own eyes when I went to the UK in 2004. The experience completely changed my view of the world, and I wished more than ever to work for people in crisis.
I also have a more personal reason for seeking a job where I work with people. I lost my father seven years ago due to medical malpractice, and neither the doctor or hospital offered any apology or compensation. My family was devastated, and we still feel our life will never be the same. Since the incident I have thought a lot about inequality, and have always put myself in the situation of people distressed and in agony. However, through this devastating personal experience I have further developed my underlying passion to bring assistance to people facing adversity.

I changed a few things so that they make more sense, hope this helps! Good luck!

I'm not interested in working for the benefit of companies. I want to work for people in need. (consider using a different word, in place of crisis. In this context "crisis" would be an event. Although it does work as is, it sounds slightly odd).

I studied International Relations at Osaka University, in Japan, with an emphasis on Human Rights.

(consider removing "I come from Japan" - or mention it earlier. It sounds as if you are stating the obvious, having been to a Japanese university, an presumably having a Japanese name).
Japan is one of the wealthiest nations in the world. Living there, I never saw real poverty in my daily life. However, after coming to the UK in 2004, my husband having work in the UK, I first saw a wide gap between the poor and wealthy with my own eyes. This experience completely changed my (approach to/ outlook on) the world and I wished more and more to work for the most vulnerable. ("in the world" is overstating the stituation - there are many people in the world worse off than any in the UK)

In addition to the above, there is another reason for me to seek (suggest: "this job" if that is the case - "a job for people" is vague and doesn't fit). I lost my father seven years ago because of medical malpractice. No apologies or compensation were given by the doctor or the hospital. My family was devastated. We still feel our life will never be the same. Since then, I have been thinking of inequality (do you mean "inequality" or something more like "injustice" or "iniquity"?) and have always felt empathy with the distrested and devestated. This very sad personal experience underlies my passion for work with people in need (again crisis may be acceptable here, but sounds odd).

done, with notes
