Can someone help correct me with these questions? There are a couple that I can't find the answer to. I live in NYC.

What is an unintentional killing that occurs during the commission of a felony? I think that the answer for this is Murder.

Shoplifting is an example of what type of crime? I was thinking about larceny or petty theft

What is unlawful entry without the intent to commit another crime? I put down Burglary for this one.

What type of tort is medical malpractice resulting from a failure to follow the prescribed standard of care?

Intentional killing in response to "adequate provocation"? The answer for this one is Voluntary manslaughter

Category of civil law? The four categories are torts, property, contracts and family law.

What is the Standard of proof in the OJ Simpson civil case?

Which type of cases does the right to counsel applies to and which cases doesn't it apply to?
Thanks for the help! I was double checking on the one with OJ Simpson. Since its a civil suit than it will be "upon the preponderance of the evidence."?

Is the categories of Civil Law correct?

LegallyDrunk
You'd need to double check these since they're off the top of my head and not based in NY

It's most likely felony murder or involuntary manslaughter
Larceny is correct, petty theft also works
Burglary is correct, although technically it depends on the crime intended once inside
Negligence
Voluntary manslaughter is correct
Categories work
beyond a reasonable doubt
6th amendment right to criminal cases involving felonies or misdemeanors with risk of confinement from 6 months to one year
