Then consider a lawyer, don't pay for something you can look up yourself, just type in your web browser, California Statutes, and then serch term 'medical malpractice/statute of limitations' Most states have a 2 year limit, but the important part of this is it is usually from the 'DATE OF DISCOVERY' so keep that in mind. good luck
