wouldn't send to emergency room asking period about two months now in icu known medical history ignored
is this considered medical malpractice or is it civil? Need a excellent attorney for the job!!!
jail also stopped all meds 3 days before having to go to emergency room knowing he had a heart valve replacement a year ago , he is a disabled veteren.

Get in touch with someone at a higher level- Since it's county, you probably won't get far going to the county prosecutor or trying to get anything done in county court. This IS neglect, though, and they DO need to pay for it.

You will have to get an attorney and all that stuff and of course you will have to start out at county level. If nothing gets done there then move to state appellete court then supreme. I know for a fact that in county jails they have a nurse and doctor who come around and check on everyone unless you are in some back woods county then they should also be included in your suit.
