I need to find some movies about tort law/negligence similar to Erin Brockavich and The Rainmaker. Does anyone know of any besides these two?

I'm not completely sure, but I think Fracture is about law

rocknrolltrekkie
a time to kill, the firm, the client, a few good men, liar liar (on the comedy side) miracle on 34th street (on the Christmas side) the exorcism of Emily Rose (on the horror side)

these should help. they all rock

oh tort movies- thats a little harder. these are just law films in general. Guess I should pay more attention to what I'm answering. movie companies usually only have 1 type of lawyer movie due to the wide amount of possibilities.

Legally Blonde 1 and 2

most movies are about criminal, but ...

The Verdict--Paul Newman. excellent film about a medical malpractice case

Runaway Jury--okay movie about a lawsuit against gun manufacturers for gun-related deaths.

A Civil Action--it's a decent movie. i can't stand it because i feel like the ending isn't true to the book. as in, I don't think anybody (except Robert Duvall) actually read and understood the book. but, if you haven't read the book, it isn't bad.

Class Action--forgot about this one with Gene Hackman. pretty good about a class action lawsuit against a car manufacturer
