Tips: Is there a website to find doctors who have litigation chargesor lawsuits agains them?

Im trying to find a website where I can find dr's in my area who have had charges of malpractice against them.
I live in CT but am wondering if there is a general one for all states maybe?

The American Medical Association has a website, and they usually can provide information on that doctor's malpractice history.
