settle this case fast. cause my lawyer is about to file a lawsuit it's been 2yrs sent the patient died.so can you or somebody tell me if you have a slam dunk, open and close, wrongful death case don't you think the defendant will settle.oh did i mention there are two defendants in this lawsuit there's a hospital and a nursing home both parties killed the patient. sepsis syndrome, bacteremia was the leading cause of his death. answer this question please

There is no such thing as a slam dunk involving a hospital death. Just because YOU think it's obvious does not mean the judge or jury have to agree.
If I put a gun to your head and pull the trigger, with several reliable eye witnesses, THAT's a slam dunk wrongful death. Someone dying in hospital of sepsis is far from that. The cause of death alone does not establish culpability.
So no, the odds of this settling quickly are small, unless your claim is less than the cost of the trial.
