SEC files more charges against former Nippon executive
The Securities and Exchange Commission yesterday filed additional charges against Wichai Chaisathaporn, former chairman and president of Nippon Pack (Thailand), accus?ing him of embezzling Bt57.7 million and doctoring financial statements in 2009-10.
