I lived in Houston, TX and I need to find a attorney or lawyer with a reasonable price to help me win my car accident case. On last Saturday night, a black man decided to bump into me in the back of my car without having car ins. I start to questioning. What the point that everyone have to pay for their car insurance when someone can just bump into you and don't have to be responsible for anything because that person doesn't have car insurance?

if you have uninsured property damage on your vehicle, your insurance will take care of your vehicle If you have uninsured bodily insurance on your vehicle, your insurance company will make a settlement for your injuries to you. Then your insurance company will go after the at fault driver to get their money back. This saves you having to sue the at fault which can take years. TALK TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. If you are not at fault, your insurance premiums should not go up because you used your uninsured benefits. Most of the time, drivers w/o insurance do not own property or have money, therefore, even through you can sue this man, your chances of getting anything is very slight. The insurance company will probably have to make a payment plan w him that will take years for him to pay for the damages.
