BOSTON -- Jennifer Raper, 45, a Boston woman, who gave birth after a failed attempt to murder her baby has filed a lawsuit against two doctors and Planned Parenthood seeking the costs of raising her unwanted blob of tissue.
Raper claimed in the three-page medical malpractice suit that she found out she was knocked up in March 2004 and decided to kill the child because she couldn't afford both a baby girl and weekly visits to her favorite nail salon.
Dr. Allison Bryant, a murderer working for Planned Parenthood at the time, performed the murder on April 9, 2004, but it "was not done properly, causing the child to go on living," according to the complaint.
Raper then went to see Dr. Benjamin Eleonu at Boston Medical Center in July 2004, and he failed to detect the pregnancy even though she was 20 weeks pregnant at the time, the lawsuit alleges.
It was only when Raper went to the New England Medical Center emergency room for treatment of pelvic pain in late September that year that she found out the child was still alive, the suit said.
She gave birth to a daughter on Dec. 7, 2004. She wants the docotors and Planned Parenthood to pay to raise the child whom she had tried so hard to kill

I agree with the guy on top. Sometimes, politicians think that we shouldnt be held accountable for what we do. For example, having sex could possibly = getting pregnant. However, if the baby is inconvienient, we want to kill it, and abortion is legalized not because it is the right thing to do, but it is convienient. No, she shouldnt be able to sue Planned Parenthood because she got pregnant and had a baby. Unless the woman is raped or her life is at stake, abortion is at the very least barbaric, and is the worst genocide ever to occur on this earth.

no, of course not. when you hire the wrong hitmen, that's your fault for not doing your research! anyone who knows anything about these things knows you don't get a bunch of pasty white doctors living in boston of all places to knock off someone you don't like. italians in new jersey may be more expensive but they get the job done right the first time. people are always trying to save a buck. she should chalk this one up to experience, take responsibility, and hire new jersey hitmen to complete the job on her daughter.

She could give the daughter up for adoption. I don't think suing is the answer. All that does is raise the costs for everyone else.

I think the child should be taken away from her,she obviously doesn't want it after trying to abort it. Now all that child is to her is a way to make some cash. There are many couples who would love to have a child, but can't.
And how stupid can you be to not know you are pregnant? She obviously isn't wrapped too tight.
I wonder how that child will feel in the future if she ever finds out that her mother tried to abort her. Would be devastating to that child.

I wonder how much weight she gained and why she didnt see a doctor again?
