A deposition was scheduled with my doctor, he rescheduled. I know that their schedules are busy as I am a nurse myself. But how many times can they legally reschedule depositions? I guess the defense lawyer is happy as he continues to get paid while we continue to wait.

Hey, its your doctor. It isn't the defense attorney's fault your doctor canceled.
Anyway, the defense counsel can file a motion to compel your doc's deposition. If he wants to. Some states have no real time limits on discovery - it could take years.
