I went to a family practice office to have my cyst removed and my usual doctor wasn't there. Another doctor would do it instead. She seemed tense and unstable as walked out the room a few times walking back and forth and her eyes were twitching while i was speaking. then comes back and places a blue gown with a cut-out circle placed right over my cyst (on my chest) as she proceded to cutting it, she ripped the gown towards my right breast and proceded to keep cutting lengthwise down my breast to leave me with a long, wide scar about 4 times longer than my cyst, which was the size of a pimple. Another doctor of their office told me they could refer me to a plastic surgeon. I went to see a surgeon i had researched and he's charging $ 2500 to have it revised. Im constantly thinking over and over about this experience I had and regreting trusting such a rough and unstable doctor. ANy other doctor would have removed the cyst simply and not given me such a purposeful scar. I felt like she was jealous of my large breasts. Well i want to know if there is any way that they can pay just for the cost of the revision because its $ 2500 i don't have and I feel like it was malpractice.
How can i prove that if she woud have acted differently i would have just had my cyst removed.. the scar is 4 times bigger than the cyst it was unnescessary scar she gave me.....

You can try. But without knowing the exact procedure and having a professional evaluation of the procedure used, I cannot tell you if you have any chance of winning such a lawsuit. Go see an attorney who specializes in medical malpractice. Get a copy of your medical records and take those with you to your consultation. You can find many attorneys who do this type of work in your Yellow Pages.

I doubt it...you undoubtedly had to sign a medical release form to have that procedure done, removing them of legal obligation...Scars aren't that bad, they make you unique. I have some very big scars from surgeries and at first i was very self concious about them, but now i have found that most people find them interesting.

You appear to be suggesting the doctor disfigured you on purpose because she was jealous you have big breasts? You can sue but you may have a tough time getting people to believe you.

The vanity of some people really astounds me. Suing over a scar. This is scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Really? Maybe you should have waited for you normal doctor to come back. The thing with medical malpractice is you have to prove that due to the doctors actions you ended up this way. You have to be able to prove that if she had acted differently, the outcome would be different. Medical malpractice is very difficult to prove, especially with a lot of people filing ridiculous suits.

"My doctor purposely disfigured me because she was jealous of my big breasts"

Try to get an lawyer or jury to believe that one.
