can i sue a hospital for negligence?

I was three months pregnant with high blood pressure and everytime i went for prenatal care they never had a gyn available so they kept rescheduling my appointments.last night i started bleeding and went to the hospital.after three hours of waiting the first doctor said there was no baby.two more hours of waiting second doctor said there's a baby but no heart rate so they schedulrd me for a d&c to take it out so in all i been at the hospital for more then twentyfour hours.can i take brookdale hospital to court?

You can sue for anything at all- and certainly I'm not so sure I would trust that hospital after all of that.

well the fact that you care more about suing than about your child, shows what kind of a parent you would be....

You would have to prove that, had you been to a OB/GYN earlier, he could have saved your child. Since I don't have much information on what caused the problem, I don't know if that is the case.
